Privacy Policy
What is the Privacy Policy?
The Privacy Policy defines the principles governing the collection, use, sharing, and processing of users’ personal information by Blonde Beauty and its affiliated companies. It applies to websites and apps owned and operated by Blonde Beauty, collectively referred to as “Services.”
This policy is applicable to personal data owned or under our control, including data owned by organizations we use to collect, use, share, or process data for our purposes. The collection, use, sharing, or processing of personal data on behalf of the government or state agencies will comply with state regulations on data management.
Users acknowledge reading and understanding the policy along with our Terms of Use. By using the Services, users agree to these terms, constituting a contract between them and Blonde Beauty. Users explicitly permit us to collect, use, share, or process their personal data as per this policy.
The policy covers data collected from individuals, potential users, and authorized representatives of service users in accordance with current laws on personal data security. It applies to websites, apps, and services provided by Blonde Beauty.
You confirm that you have read and understood this policy, as well as our Terms of Use. When using the Services, you confirm your agreement with our Terms of Use, and this agreement constitutes a contract between you and us. You also acknowledge that you have provided clear consent for us to collect, use, share, or process your personal data according to this policy.
What data will we process?
When used in this Policy, ‘personal data’ means data, whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified: (a) from that data, or (b) from that data and other information to which we have access or are likely to have access.
Depending on the nature of your interactions with us and the services we provide, some examples of personal data that we may collect from you include names, identification numbers such as national identification numbers, passports, work permits, and birth certificates, contact information such as residential address, email address, or phone number, nationality, age, gender, date of birth, marital status, medical records, images, and other audio-visual information, recruitment information, and financial information such as credit card numbers, debit card numbers, or bank account information, applications/browsers, and information about devices.

How we collect and use personal data?
We generally do not collect your personal data unless (a) personal data is provided to us voluntarily directly from you or through a third party authorized by you to share your personal data with us (‘your authorized representative’), after (i) you (or your authorized representative) have been informed of the purposes for which the data is collected (please read the purposes mentioned below), and (ii) you (or your authorized representative) have consented to the collection and use of your personal data for those purposes, or (b) the collection and use of personal data without consent is permitted or required by the current data protection laws. We will seek your approval before collecting any additional personal data.

Default Consent by Notice
We may collect or use your personal data, or share existing personal data for secondary purposes other than the original purposes for which the information was collected under this Policy. If we intend to rely on consent deemed to be given by notice for such secondary purposes, we will inform you about the proposed collection, use, or sharing of personal data through appropriate communication method(s).
You will have a reasonable period to notify us if you do not wish to participate in the collection, use, and sharing of your personal data for such purposes.

Normally, we will process your request within thirty (30) days from the date of receiving the request.
While we respect your decision to withdraw your consent, please note that depending on the nature and scope of your request, we may not be able to continue providing our goods or services to you, and in such cases, we will notify you before completing the processing of your request. If you decide to cancel your withdrawal of consent, please inform us as described above.
